About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and service-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our Cuenca office. This role is responsible for coordinating administrative activities, travel logistics, supplier management, office services, and supporting different areas, ensuring an efficient and professional work environment.
The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for employees, visitors, clients and external vendors, providing administrative support to multidisciplinary teams and contributing to the efficient operation of the office while ensuring a high standard of service and professionalism.
This Role Will Give You the Opportunity To:
Coordinate travel, logistics, and administrative support activities.
Manage suppliers, purchases, courier services, and office operations.
Contribute to office efficiency and service excellence.
Support multidisciplinary teams across business functions.
Support IMS, HSEQ, and administrative compliance requirements.
We Are Looking for Someone Who Has:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative or office support roles.
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
Intermediate English proficiency.
Experience coordinating travel, logistics, suppliers, and office administration.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and customer service skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented mindset.
