Project Administrator
The Project Administrator plays an integral role in providing day‑to‑day project and office administrative support across the Energy, Mining, Infrastructure, Environmental (EMIE) group in our Calgary office. This position offers the opportunity to further develop administrative capabilities while contributing to teams engaged in a diverse range of engineering and environmental initiatives. In this role, you’ll:
Assemble reports, letters, memos, and other project deliverables, applying writing and formatting skills to ensure documents meet quality, branding, and submission requirements
Contribute to marketing and business development initiatives by supporting the development and coordination of proposals and other client-facing materials
Support project financial administration, including accounts payable processing, expense tracking, and reconciliation
Coordinate meetings, travel and site access requirements for project teams
Respond to client requests and help tailor project materials to meet specific project requirements
Assist with onboarding new team members and managing close-out activities for exiting employees
Maintain equipment tracking logs and coordinate maintenance for equipment as required
Set up and maintain project filing systems, perform data entry, and maintain accurate client database records
Provide administrative support for mail and courier services, meeting room setup, and ordering and receiving office supplies
Support the timely and accurate completion of weekly timesheets
Work in a collaborative multidisciplinary team environment that fosters career development
If you have 3 to 5 years of project administration experience in an engineering consulting or similar environment and/or post-secondary education or an Administrative Diploma we want to hear from you! This position requires a valid driver’s license.
