The Legal Trainee role offers an excellent opportunity to develop practical legal experience within a supportive, multidisciplinary consultancy environment. You will work alongside experienced lawyers and project teams, contributing to commercial, risk, compliance and project support matters while growing your professional skills.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a motivated Legal Trainee who is eager to learn, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and is committed to delivering high‑quality legal support. The successful person will be adaptable, collaborative, and aligned with our values. This role is suitable for someone who is:

What you will do

• Assist with the preparation, review and negotiation of commercial contracts, consultancy agreements, confidentiality agreements and procurement documentation.

• Support due diligence, compliance reviews and risk assessments for projects and corporate activities.

• Monitoring procedures, processes, and requests filed with public institutions.

• Contribute to the development and maintenance of legal templates, policies and internal compliance procedures.

• Support in the administration of legal matters, including file management.

What You Bring

• Law student in the 7th - 8th semester, progressing toward degree completion and with interest in future admission to practice.

• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

• Demonstrated academic ability and interest in commercial law, contracts and compliance.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft clear, practical advice and commercial documentation.

• A collaborative mindset with proven ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

• Desirable experience in prior internships or similar activities.

• Portuguese is desirable.
