Klohn Crippen Berger (KCB) is looking for an experienced Treasury Lead to drive innovation and excellence within our Corporate Finance team. In this key role, you’ll optimize treasury operations by levering technology to shape the financial future of our global professional services firm.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As the Treasury Lead, you will oversee our treasury and accounts payable functions. Your key responsibilities include:
Treasury & Cash Management
Spearhead enhancement in cash reporting and forecasting to support executive decision-making.
Build and nurture banking relationships and optimize account structures for global operations.
Oversee digital banking platforms, ensuring robust security, user support, and streamlined approvals.
Lead initiatives to manage and mitigate financial risks, including foreign exchange (FX), interest rate, and liquidity risks.
Evaluate options and make recommendations for investing surplus funds, based on risk tolerance, and liquidity needs.
AP Process Oversight & Automation
Champion automation initiatives for accounts payable processes, systems, and reporting.
Partner with the Business Unit Accounting & Systems Manager to optimize the procurement process and to launch a vendor interface.
Govern vendor master data and ensure integrity of the vendor data.
Financial Controls & Policy Management
Oversee treasury policy development, documentation, and improvement of finance operations.
Manage the Finance Intranet site, making resources accessible and fostering knowledge sharing.
Identify process inefficiencies or risk areas and propose solutions or policy updates proactively.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Act as a go-to resource for Accounts Payable and Accounting team members.
Deliver training and champion best practices across business units.
What You Bring:
You’re a solutions-driven leader with strong treasury and payables experience and a track record of improving processes. Ideal candidates will have:
Professional designation includes Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).
5+ years of progressive treasury experience, including exposure to month-end close processes.
Proficiency with accounting software (BST11, or similar ERP) and strong Excel skills.
Strong understanding of cash flow forecasting and banking operations.
Advanced Excel skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Excellent attention to detail, analytical mindset, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 per year based on applicable experience, education, and skill level. In addition to salary total rewards includes:
