What you would engage in:
An exciting opportunity exists for a HR Analyst to become a key member of the Klohn Crippen Berger (KCB) Human Resources team. The successful candidate could be base in our Vancouver, Calgary, or Toronto office locations and will report to the Manager, Total Rewards.
KCB has an HRIS for our global operations and we are looking for an HR Analyst to assist with the ongoing support and maintenance of the system. This position serves as the technical point-of-contact within the HR team supporting HR planning and operations.
So what’s your role as a HR Analyst look like?
- Serve as the super-user of Dayforce across all modules, continuously optimizing configuration, workflows, and functionality.
- Partner with HRBPs to translate talent strategies into effective system solutions in areas such as succession planning, performance management, compensation management, and advanced hub design.
- Own system governance: ensure data integrity, manage security roles, and oversee release management, testing, and enhancements.
- Analyze HR data and deliver actionable insights by developing advanced reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
- Drive continuous improvement and user adoption, including developing training, resources, and communications for HR and business users.
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR leadership on HR technology strategy, keeping current with Dayforce enhancements and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with IT, payroll, and finance teams to ensure system integrations and data flows operate smoothly
Who we are looking for:
We respect the knowledge and experience you have gained to date and are willing to help you build on it. For this role we would expect you to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on HRIS experience, with at least 2 years working directly with Dayforce across multiple modules.
- Strong HR process knowledge and ability to align technology with HR and business strategies.
- Expertise in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to influence, partner, and communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.

The salary for this position is $90,000 to $110,000 per year. Salary is based on applicable experience, education, and skill level. In addition to salary total rewards includes:
