Who We’re Looking For
KCB has opportunities commencing in 2027 for Engineering Graduates to join our integrated and multi-disciplinary team based in our Brisbane and Perth offices.
As a Graduate Civil, Geotechnical or Water Engineer, you’ll contribute to large‑scale, world‑class mining projects, including:
Tailings, residue and waste storage facilities
Water management infrastructure such as spillways, diversion channels and pipelines
Associated mining infrastructure
You’ll be supported by a highly experienced team of technical leaders, giving you exposure to challenging projects and outstanding opportunities to grow your engineering capability from day one.
Plan, coordinate and report on field investigation programs (desktop studies, mapping, drilling, sampling and testing)
Analyse and design mine waste management facilities using tools such as GeoStudio, Rocscience and in‑house software
Undertake hydraulic and hydrological modelling (TUFLOW, HEC‑RAS, RORB, GoldSim)
Prepare engineering reports, drawings, specifications and bills of quantities using MS Office and AutoCAD
Monitor and supervise bulk earthworks construction and provide on‑site technical advice
Support project delivery and client management activities
Although we value previous experience, in-house training for modelling platforms and analytical tools will be provided.
